Overlooking Balwyn Park, this contemporary three level residence originally built in 1998 was extensively renovated to suit the lifestyle of a modern family with two teenage children.
The scope consisted of a new kitchen to include a large butler’s pantry, full renovation of the master bedroom and ensuite, introducing two new bedroom ensuites, and new custom cabinetry throughout.
The result was a seamless integration of a new interior that respected and responded to the original dwelling.
